To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following policies for prepaid sessions:

  • No Returns or Refunds

    All prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Once purchased, the session amount cannot be returned.


  • Rescheduling Policy

    Clients may reschedule their session at least 12 hours in advance at no additional cost.

    If you need to reschedule less than 12 hours before your session, a $30 fee will be deducted from your prepaid amount.

    After the $30 fee is deducted, the remaining balance from your prepaid session will be credited to your account for future use or to reschedule.

  • No-Show Policy

    If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (a no-show), the full amount of your prepaid session will be retained as a fee, and no credit will be issued.

    Attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours in advance or arriving at least 30 minutes late to your session counts as a no show.

Unwillingness to train with one of our coaches does not constitute a rescheduled session
